5.3 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the Aussieclassic website, reachable via info@aussieclassic.com.

1. Applicability

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.


2. Product Information

We make every effort to describe our products accurately and provide up‑to‑date information. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccuracies may occur; no rights can be derived from such errors.


3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are only processed once full payment has been received. Available payment methods ([Payment Providers]) may vary by country. Customers are responsible for checking which payment options are available in their region.


4. Processing & Delivery

  • Processing time (dispatch): 1 to 3 business days

  • Shipping time after processing: 1 to 7 business days, depending on location

  • All timeframes are indicative; delays due to peak periods, holidays, or customs procedures do not entitle customers to cancellation or refunds


5. Returns & Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Returns Policy for all conditions. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, and a refund or chargeback cannot be initiated before the item has been received.


6. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if tracking shows the parcel was delivered to the address provided by the customer. Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the item concerned. Always check your address details carefully.

8. Complaints Procedure
