At Aussieclassic, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may occur that you wish to return a product. Below you will find our returns policy explained clearly. 1. How We Operate
Aussieclassic operates using a direct‑from‑supplier model. To reduce waste and minimise our CO₂ footprint, we do not maintain large local stock levels. Items that are not in stock are shipped directly from our supplier (based in China). This means that returns must also be sent to the supplier’s return address in China.
2. Return Period & Registration

A return can only be requested after you have physically received the item.

Always include your order number and a valid reason for the return.

Once approved, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier.
3. Conditions

A valid reason for the return is always required.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Trying on is allowed, wearing is not.

Discounted (sale) items cannot be returned without a valid reason.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Certain items are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons (such as underwear, swimwear, and jewellery), unless unopened and unused.
4. Return Costs & Process

All return costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs fees.

The item must be returned to the supplier’s return address in China.

The customer is responsible for shipping, costs, and tracking the return.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method; without proof of shipment, we cannot process a return.
5. Customer‑Friendly Alternative Solutions
Because international returns can be expensive and time‑consuming, we are happy to look for a suitable alternative solution (such as a partial refund or discount), which we will agree upon via email. Always contact us first at [Store Email Address] before sending anything back.
6. Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If something is wrong with your order — such as the size, fit, or quality — please email us within 14 days of receiving the item, including clear photos and a description of the issue. Without photos and a description, we cannot process your claim and no right to return or refund exists. With this information, we will work to find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
7. Refunds
A refund can only be issued once the item has been received and approved at the return address in China. After approval, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
8. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and processing has begun. A refund or chargeback cannot be initiated before the item has actually arrived and been received. If you have a question or issue with your order, please contact us at [Store Email Address] instead of opening a chargeback or refund request.
9. Liability

We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
